      How long will delivery take?

      • 1-2 days - UK - DPD NEXT DAY - tracked & signed for, SMS notification, 1 hour window

      • 2-3 days - Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland

      • 3-4 days - Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden

      • 5-9 days - Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine

        How much will delivery cost?

        Delivery is always free within the UK (mainland) and once dispatched we use a next day delivery service which is tracked and signed for.  We try and keep delivery free throughout Europe with the exception of just a few destinations.

        • Free - United Kingdom (Mainland), Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

        • £10 - Bulgaria, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Ukraine

        • £25 - Switzerland

        • £40 - Bosnia, Iceland, Norway, Serbia

        • £70 - Russia

          I don't live in one of the listed countries, how can I order?

          We aim to cover most of the world when it comes to delivery of your TiiPii Bed.

            What warranty is included with the products?

            Your TiiPii Bed is backed by a 12 month comprehensive warranty.  Please see our Warranty page for full details, however an 'at a glance' summary is provided below for your convenience:

            We warranty your TiiPii for a period of 12 months under normal usage, to be free from defects in material and workmanship.  Our liability under this warranty is to repair or replace (at our discretion) any part or your TiiPii Bed covered by this warranty free of charge.

            This warranty does not cover:

            • Normal wear and tear 

            • Damage arising from abnormal use, or abuse 

            • TiiPii's which have not been maintained, or which have been modified

            • Any indirect or consequential loss

            This warranty applies only to the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required.

              How do I return or exchange items?

              Sales are covered by a standard  30 returns policy, details of which can be found here.
